Standing in a rich valley between two ridges, the village is organised around its church and its square in accordance with the differences of level inspired by the relief. The airy street is diversified by the different orientations of the buildings and roofs of the houses and by the serpentine roads which cross the village. The houses, most of them restored, show the determination of the inhabitants to show off the heritage and rural character of the village to the best effect. The heart of the village is made up of stone cottages, most of them semi-detached, and mostly dating from the18th century.
