Jacquy buys his cheeses from small artisan producers in Belgium, France and elsewhere in Europe. Nicolas, Esméralda and Jacquy sell their mature cheeses at markets, in their shops in Stambruges and Mons, to award-winning restaurateurs and for export. Their workshop and function room (25 covers currently) await you in Stambruges. You can also find Jacquy at the markets of Enghien, Ath, Mons and Tournai...
